Sandrine Bourguignon

Founder / CEO

The company was founded in 2023 by Sandrine Bourguignon, a health economist.

For three years, Sandrine was part of the French Executive Board at IQVIA, where she led RWE teams, and previously spent three years as a Principal overseeing HEOR and market access teams.

Prior to that, she founded and developed Stratégique Santé in 2011 until its takeover by IQVIA. Sandrine also has experience in hospitals throughout her career.

Since 2008, she has been an affiliate teacher, mainly at Paris-Dauphine University.

She is a member of the Board of the College of Health Economists (CES), theExecutive Committee of AFCROs (Association of CRO in France), and a partner member of FIAC (Ai & oncology).

Jean François Boyer

Co-Founder

The company was co-founded in 2023 by Jean François Boyer, a Biotech leader.

Over the last 12 years, Jean François successfully set up from scratch 4 French affiliates in the field of rare diseases as GM (ViroPharma, NPS Pharma, Intercept Pharma and Zogenix)

He also has a significative experience of DACH region by leading from Munich the Intercept team for 1 year.

Prior to that, He respectively spent 10 years at both BMS & Janssen in various positions (Medical, Marketing, Sales & BUD).

He was member of TULIPE board of directors from 2020 to 2022.

He is member and now treasurer of an ONG in Cambodgia “Les Enfants d’Angkor Wat” since 2014.

Hélène Moutier

Evaluation Director

Hélène Moutier joined the company in 2024 as Evaluation Director.

Hélène is a pharmacist with a master’s degree in HEOR and Market Access.
Since 2017, she has been a lecturer at major universities such as Paris Dauphine-PSL, Sorbonne, Université Paris Cité…

From 2016 to 2021, Hélène worked in consultancy companies Stratégique Santé and IQVIA as a consultant specialized in market access and health economics. She worked on various topics and strategic projects (EME, BIM, Patient Pathway, …).

From 2021 to 2024, she worked for TEVA SANTE as Market Access Manager. She was in charge of the market access and pricing of princeps drugs (neurology, psychiatry, …), hybrids, biosimilars and generics.

Hélène published articles and posters including an analysis of the use of the Haute Autorité De Santé (HAS) opinions by hospital pharmacists in France.

Nathalie

Nathalie Grémaud

Public Affairs Director

Nathalie Grémaud joined the company in 2024 as Public Affairs Director.

Nathalie is a pharmacist specialized in Health Economics.

From 2018 to 2022, she worked for the Regional Health Agency (ARS Ile de France), as Promotion and Prevention Director for the department of Yvelines.

Over the last ten years, she worked for consultancy companies, Stratégique Santé and IQVIA, as Associate Principal in public affairs and health economics. She worked on various topics and strategic projects (health pathways, Article 51 experimentations, development of advocacy strategies…).

Before, she has held marketing and sales responsibilities in pharmaceutical and medical device laboratories.

Nathalie has co-authored 2 final evaluation reports of experimentation under Article 51. She has extensive knowledge of the health sector in France, its public and private players, and its challenges.

She participates every year to the Sausage Walk in Paris.

Sandrine Catenari

Operational Excellence Manager

Sandrine Catenari joined the company in 2024 as Operational Excellence Manager.

From 2020 to 2024, she worked as a DMOS specialist working in close cooperation with healthcare professionals and compliance team to manage the regulatory requirements of the anti-gift law.

Over the last thirty years, she worked in pharmaceutical industries within medical departments. She had the opportunity to gain experience in clinical studies, she then joined a recruitment agency and used this knowledge in recruitment.
She managed several projects such as activities outsourcing, coordination of vendors.

She did close management and follow up of training for medical representatives, in line with the French Charter requirements.

At RWEality, Sandrine is working on process optimization at an operational and financial level, and also contracts management.

Aude Benoit

Senior Consultant Hospital expert

Aude Benoît joined the company in 2024 as a Senior Consultant.

Holder of a master’s degree specialized in the management of health and social structures, Aude has worked in the hospital and medico-social environments for more than 15 years.

After having acquired varied experience in team management and cross-functional management, Aude joined the brand-new purchasing department of the Toulouse University Hospital in 2013. She participated in its expansion by working on various purchasing portfolios such as non-medical equipment, software, logistics, transport, etc. Aude is used to working closely with the various support departments, healthcare professionals, supervisory authorities and the various purchasing centers.

At RWEality, Aude supports innovative companies in their development with public actors involved in public procurement and uses her skills in projects linked to the hospital environment.

Maxime N&B

Maxime Thiebaut

Junior Consultant

Maxime Thiebaut joined the company in 2023 as a Junior Consultant within HEOR department.

Maxime is a pharmacist with a master’s degree in HEOR and Market Access.
From 2019 to 2020, he began his pharmaceutical industry journey by joining Dooloo’s team as an intern. At this time, he was involved in an “Article 51” submission.

From 2020 to 2021, he worked as a non-resident pharmacist with ER department at Hôpital Saint-Antoine (AP-HP). This experience was then followed by an internship at Creativ-Ceutical within Market-Access team.

From 2022 to 2023, Maxime gained experience by working within the Health Economics & Market-Access (HEMA) division at Amaris-Consulting in the context of both internship and apprenticeship, in line with his Master degree’s formation at Paris Dauphine.

Maxime has a real interest in indirect treatment comparisons; hence, he made this notion the theme of his pharmacy thesis titled “Indirect comparisons of oncology drugs based on single-arm trials: the CAR-T cells example”, defended in October 2023.

Juliette 1

Juliette Placer

Health Economist Intern

Juliette Placer joined the company in 2024 as a health economics intern.

Since 2019, Juliette has been following a specialized formation in health economics at Paris Dauphine.

Next year, she will complete her education by entering Paris Saclay’s Master degree “Market-Access and Health Technology Assessment”.

In 2021, She entered for the very first time in the professional world by joining Human Resources department at Société Générale as an intern. She worked then at Valorplast in the line of another internship within Accounting department. During these opportunities, Juliette began to develop several soft skills such as internal and external communication, deliverable redaction and mailing.

At RWEality, Juliette is involved in various projects, such as HTA submission dossiers, literature reviews, projects’ methodology and business tenders.

Cathia 1

Cathia Douzane

Health Economist Intern

Cathia Douzane joined the company in 2024 as a health economics intern.

Cathia is currently a 5th year pharmacy student at Paris-Cité University.

Next year, she will join Paris Dauphine University in order to complete the Master’s degree “Evaluation medico- économique et accès au marché”.

In 2023, She entered for the very first time in the professional world by joining advocacy and market access department at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, as an intern.

During this very first opportunity, Cathia gained experience by being involved in literature reviews in several fields, such as health policies and early access procedures.

At RWEality, Cathia is involved in various projects, such as literature reviews, methodology protocols in both market access and health policies. She is also actively involved in the elaboration of business tenders to support RWEality business development.

Franck 1

Franck Kemetia

Business Development apprentice

Franck Kemetia joined the company in 2023 as an apprentice within the business department.

Franck is a university bachelor of technology (BUT) student at Evry university.

In 2022, he worked as an intern for Notre- Dame de Tanger solidarity association, as a first professional experience.

During this internship, Franck had the opportunity to work on several missions, such as customer consulting, inventory control and management. This experience was a great first step for Franck to begin to develop professional skills.

From 2023, Franck has joined the business department at RWEality as an apprentice, in line with his BUT formation.

At RWEality, Franck is used to working with Nolhan on business tenders, internal managements, and project billings. He is also in charge of the Qualiopi certification.

Nolhan Revert

Business Development apprentice

Nolhan Revert joined the company in 2023 as an apprentice within the business department.

Nolhan is a university bachelor of technology (BUT) student at Evry university.

In 2020, he began his professional carreer by joining Société System X as an intern. During this internship, he explored the field of informatic engineering.

In 2022, Nolhan’ s real introduction to the world of work of work came when he worked for CAPE. As a temporary worker at CAPE, Nolhan discovered factory work for the first time.

From 2023, Nolhan has joined the RWEaliteam as an apprentice within the business department. In this position, he gathers all the professional abilities gained to develop the most qualitative deliverables in this domain.

At RWEality, Nolhan is used to working with Franck on business tenders, internal managements, and project billings. In addition, he is responsible for developing the CSR charter.
