Nathalie

Nathalie Grémaud

General & Public Health Director

Nathalie Grémaud joined the company in 2024 as Public Health Director.

Nathalie is a pharmacist specialized in Health Economics.

From 2018 to 2022, she worked for the Regional Health Agency (ARS Ile de France), as Promotion and Prevention Director for the department of Yvelines.

Over the last ten years, she worked for consultancy companies, Stratégique Santé and IQVIA, as Associate Principal in public affairs and health economics. She worked on various topics and strategic projects (health pathways, Article 51 experimentations, development of advocacy strategies…).

Before, she has held marketing and sales responsibilities in pharmaceutical and medical device laboratories.

Nathalie has co-authored 2 final evaluation reports of experimentation under Article 51. She has extensive knowledge of the health sector in France, its public and private players, and its challenges.

She participates every year to the Sausage Walk in Paris.

Jean François Boyer

Biotech Expert

The company was co-founded in 2023 by Jean François Boyer, a Biotech leader.

Over the last 12 years, Jean François successfully set up from scratch 4 French affiliates in the field of rare diseases as GM (ViroPharma, NPS Pharma, Intercept Pharma and Zogenix)

He also has a significative experience of DACH region by leading from Munich the Intercept team for 1 year.

Prior to that, He respectively spent 10 years at both BMS & Janssen in various positions (Medical, Marketing, Sales & BUD).

He was member of TULIPE board of directors from 2020 to 2022.

He is member and now treasurer of an ONG in Cambodgia “Les Enfants d’Angkor Wat” since 2014.

Enguérand Dautel

Senior Consultant

Enguérand Dautel joined the company in February 2026 as Senior Consultant – HEOR.

He holds a PharmD and a Master’s degree in Market Access and Health Economic Evaluation from Paris-Saclay University.

He began his career at IQVIA (HEOR team) before joining the French Health Technology Assessment body (HAS), where he was Project Lead in economic evaluation within the Medicines Assessment Department (SEM – SEE). He contributed to the appraisal of cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses. He also led early scientific advice meetings with manufacturers and developed expertise in methodological issues related to survival data extrapolation and the evaluation of innovative therapies.

At Rweality, Enguérand is involved in health economic modelling projects and market access submissions.

José Fernandes Soares

Analyst

José began his academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, followed by a Master’s 1 in Applied Economics at Paris-Est Créteil University. After completing his first year of Master’s studies, he specialized in health economics by enrolling in the Master’s 2 in Health Economics at the same university.

During his Master’s 2 in Health Economics, he joined Alira Health for his final internship and continued his professional journey there for a year and a half. He was involved in various projects such as medico-economic modeling, economic tool modeling, and reimbursement dossiers in the fields of infectious diseases, oncology, and chronic inflammatory diseases, supporting a range of French and international clients.

José developed posters on organizational impacts and their integration into budget impact models, as well as on organizational impacts within hospitals.

At Rweality, José is involved in various projects such as medico-economic modeling and market access dossiers.

Juliette 1

Juliette Placer

Analyst

Juliette Placer joined the company in 2024 as a Health Economics Intern and has continued as an apprentice since September 2024.

She began her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management at Université Paris-Dauphine, followed by a Master’s year specializing in Health Economics at the same university. In 2025, she furthered her education by joining the Master 2 in Market Access & Medico-Economic Evaluation at Université Paris-Saclay.

At Rweality, Juliette is involved in various projects including medico-economic modeling, institutional report analysis and synthesis, internal training facilitation, and the preparation of commercial proposals.

Starting in October 2025, Juliette will continue her journey at Rweality as a Junior Consultant in Market Access & Evaluation.

Nicolas Filizzola

Software & Cybersecurity Engineer

Between 2019 and 2024, Nicolas gained solid experience through internships as a software developer at Capgemini, AXA IM, the French Council of State, and the CNRS. These roles enabled him to design and implement various digital tools while strengthening his technical skills.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Nicolas also led projects in application and website development as a freelance service provider.

At Rweality, he brings cross-functional IT expertise by contributing to process automation and optimization, as well as managing and developing the company’s digital products. His technical and strategic approach supports performance improvement and fosters innovation within Rweality.

Salomé (2000 x 2000 px)

Salomé Rabarioelina

Junior Market Access

Since 2020, Salomé has been pursuing her pharmacy studies at Université Paris-Saclay, following the Industry/Research track.

In September 2025, she will begin the Master 2 in Market Access & Medico-Economic Evaluation at Paris-Saclay.

Alongside her pharmacy studies, Salomé worked in a community pharmacy, where she developed key skills such as precision, attention to detail, and organizational rigor.

In 2023, she gained her first hands-on and clinical experience at the hospital pharmacy (PUI) of the Hôpital Européen Georges-Pompidou, and completed her fifth year with an epidemiology internship at GERS DATA, working on RWE studies.

At Rweality, Salomé is involved in various projects ranging from drafting reimbursement dossiers for the French Health Authority (HAS) to participating in public health initiatives in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies. She also contributes to internal company projects.

Nolhan Revert

Business Development

Nolhan is currently pursuing a University Bachelor of Technology (BUT) degree at Université d’Évry.

He began his professional career in 2020 with an internship at System X, where he explored the field of computer engineering.

In 2022, Nolhan gained his first real exposure to the working world through a temporary role at CAPE, where he discovered factory work as a production operator.

Since 2023, Nolhan has been an apprentice in the Business Development department at Rweality. In this role, he brings together all the professional skills he has developed to deliver high-quality outputs in his field.

At Rweality, Nolhan regularly collaborates with Franck on public tenders, internal operations, and project invoicing. Additionally, he is in charge of developing the company’s CSR charter.

 

 

Franck 1

Franck Kemetia

Business Development

Franck is currently studying for a University Bachelor of Technology (BUT) degree at Université d’Évry.

In 2022, he completed his first professional experience as an intern with the solidarity association Notre-Dame de Tanger.

During this internship, Franck worked on various tasks including client advising, stock control, and inventory management. This experience marked an excellent first step in developing his professional skills.

Since 2023, Franck has been an apprentice in the Business Development department at Rweality, in line with his academic training.

At Rweality, Franck regularly collaborates with Nolhan on public tenders, internal operations, and project invoicing. He is also responsible for overseeing the company’s Qualiopi certification.
